cannot load model from task

    I have problem when i want to run task using oil

    <?php

    /**
     * Description of message
     *
     * @author viyancs
     */
    namespace Fuel\Tasks;

    class Message
    {
        
        /**
         * show users to database
         * @param type $data 
         */
        public static function show()
        {
            $result = \DB::select('*')
                    ->from('users')
                    ->execute();
            return $result;
        }

    }

    then i run with this command "sudo php oil refine message::save" but i got erro like this
    Error: Module "message" does not exist.

    what shoul I do for fix that problem ?

    sorry I wrong run command actally correct command is 
    sudo php oil refine message:save
