On this page http://fuelphp.com/docs/packages/auth/simpleauth/intro.html it says "The Auth package contains a migration file in the examples folder for this table. Just copy it to your migrations folder, and run oil refine migrate to have the table created for you." I don't see an examples folder in the Auth package. Can someone point me in the right direction?
