Fuel 1.6 oil error

    Hi,
    i am trying to run fuelphp oil on ubuntu, unfortunatly i am stuck with the following error, just i entered 
    php oil:

    PHP Fatal error:  Class 'Error' not found in /home/site01/public_html/fuel/core/bootstrap.php on line 79

    Fatal error: Class 'Error' not found in /home/site01/public_html/fuel/core/bootstrap.php on line 79
    PHP Fatal error:  Class 'Config' not found in /home/site01/public_html/fuel/core/bootstrap.php on line 47

    Fatal error: Class 'Config' not found in /home/site01/public_html/fuel/core/bootstrap.php on line 47


    Any suggestion ?

    A rights issue? Check if fuel/core/classes/error.php exists and is readable.

    PHP version >= 5.3.3 ?

    Thanks Harro, i updated the php version to 5.4.4 but it still give the same error, and i checked the file exists and readable but no luck.

    upload fuelphp and app files, run composer, edit config and go!
