Better way to write my General CRUD Controller

Hello, I've started writing a generic CRUD controller for my app, and I would like to incorporate a parent/child CRUD controller also.

Here's the project where my CRUD controller is:

Here's the parent/child rest controller:

Anyone have thoughts on how to improve this? I would like to make the parent/child controller more reusable.
