install google-api-php-client in Fuelphp

Does anyone know how to do it or do it before ?

See https://developers.google.com/api-client-library/php/start/installation#using-composer

Add it to the composer.json, run a "composer update", and use the classes as documented.

(p.s. requires Fuel v1.6+)
