Would v2 have a router like Laravel's?

For example, if i want to serve a static page like about us page:
Route::get('/about', function() {
view('about');
});
?

You can already do that, see
https://fuelphp.com/docs/general/routing.html#/inline_routes
In case of your static page
// routes.php
return array(
'about' => function () {
return View::forge('about');
},
};
