    Just recently found in logs:
    Fatal Error - Uncaught Fuel\Core\PhpErrorException: Undefined index: HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR in /var/www/fuel/app/classes/errorhandler.php:13

    EDIT: Sorry, someone from my team made that class.
