Upgrade from 1.7 to 1.8 - Memory Error!

    I've uploaded from 1.7 to 1.82, and also upgraded from PHP 5.6 to 7.3.

    When uploading a 9MB file I get the below memory error:

    I've upped the memory limit using ini_set('memory_limit', -1); but i'm still getting the error.

    Can anyone advise why this is happening?

    I have no idea what you are doing, but that code is part of multipart/form processing, which is not related to uploading a file.

    Never seen anything like this.
