oil migration problem

    hi wanWizard, it worked when i used php oil refine migrate:up/down. im still confused in use of migrate:up/down and migrate only. and how to use it in the right place?

    migrate without 'up' or 'down' migrates to the lastest version. In code, it's identical to 'up', only the version to migrate to differs.
