Blank install from 1.0.1 version this code work in Auth \Session::set('username') , \Session::get('username') , Why its not work in controller ?

In your second case you se out because you're printing just out. Is the same as doing:

$var = "my cool variable";
print 'out';

I'll just see out. Try doing a \Debug::dump(\Session::get("user")); or with print_r() or asigning it with $var = \Session::get(); and then echo that $var. Regards,
