This is the type of error that says exactly what it means, the locale you've chosen isn't available on your system. You'll have to check out which locales are installed with your OS and how they're named. Check out setlocale() in the PHP docs http://php.net/manual/en/function.setlocale.php - the tips & comments may help you.
