link inside a module/views to a module/controller/method/params

    Hello, How to make a 'a href' link or Html::anchor() inside a view of a module, wich link to controller(/method/params) of the same module please? Because i link to app/classes/controller/welcome/view/id wich request the view/id of the module. That works, but i think there's better way.
