I was building an app that needed Twilio integration so I modified the default package to change the autoloading and error handling a little bit to better mesh with the FuelPHP package framework and added a config file.
Go ahead and add it as a submodule with git submodule add git@bitbucket.org:sociablegroup/fuel-twilio.git fuel/packages/twilio
