Use event like a hook
psren
November 2012
I use FuelPHP 1.4 and i'd like to do someting like this in my controller:
$objTasksQuery = Model_Task::query();
$objTasksQuery = Event::trigger('manipulate_task_list', $objTasksQuery);
$objTasksQuery->get();
i'd like to return the manipulated object in my callback. How can i accomplish that?
Thanks for help!

Try this snippet of code:
$objTasksQuery = Model_Task::query();
$events
= Event::instance(
'
manipulate_task_list
'
);
$events
->register(
'
manipulate_task_list
'
,
$objTasksQuery
);
$objects = Event::instance(
'my_instance'
)->trigger(
'my_event'
);
