I was using the 1.2.1 version for a long time , In that version default template file called template.php was placed in view folder. But in fuelphp 1.4 it is not there. Can you explain me how the templates system work in 1.4

Nothing has changed to views since 1.0.

Views go in the app/views folder, not in the app/classes/view folder. And it's been like this since day 1.
