Hello,

I made a freshly new installation with Fuel 1.7 and now try to work with my Themes.

Unfortuantely I receive the following error:

Fuel\Core\FuelException [ Error ]:
The requested view could not be found: template
COREPATH/classes/view.php @ line 388

template.php http://bin.fuelphp.com/snippet/view/rR

Configs:
config.php http://bin.fuelphp.com/snippet/view/rS
theme.php http://bin.fuelphp.com/snippet/view/rT

Templates are stored under: app/themes/default/layouts/default.php

In my opinion everything is right, but the Templates are not coming up.

Has someone an idea what is my problem?

Why are you changing the core template controller? And if this is your own controller, it's not being used, because the trace says:

COREPATH/classes/controller/template.php @ line 40

which in the file you link in is a bracket, so it's not your file that is executed there.

Your theme config looks ok, so that is not the problem.
