Didn't really knew where to put this, so if this isn't the right place, please move it.

On the documentation: http://fuelphp.com/docs/classes/form.html#/method_radio

it says on the title:

radio($field, $value = null, $attributes = array())

It should be:

radio($field, $value = null, $checked = null, $attributes = array())
