What is the purpose of crypt.php?

    When I clone from my repo and run, I get crypto key error. But as fuel said, I could solved the problem by creating it under config/crypt.php. Mimagey question is why I need crypt.php?

    Crypt is used in several places, the most visible of them being the encryption of the session cookie payload.
