Hi, I made a package from HTMLPurifier to be used with Fuel.
Is that something what Fuel would like to have or should just store it to Github. It is way too big and slow to sanitize everything, but there is time and place for it. -Br

Finally got some spare time to finish this. Now it is ready for action. Just install htmlpurifier using oil and use it.

We probably won't include it in the core, but we'd love to have it as a package. Poke Phil about getting it into https://github.com/fuel-packages so it's auto-installable with Oil CLI.
