Yeah you guess it, it's a URL shortener.
I'd build this first using Codeigniter now I've ported to FUEL and open source it.
I know it's a pretty simple app, yet I would love some feedback.

Authentication system, for the moment to keep track of your links I use a cookie that will expire in 10 yrs!
