Input cuts on special characters

    I have an input:
    From the makers of the award-winning best-seller Harbor Master® comes the most exhilarating running game on the App Store.     When I look into the database, the column value was only
    From the makers of the award-winning best-seller Harbor Master
    instead of the whole. Why is it so?

    It is to do with the form not posting in utf-8, try adding
    accept-charset="utf-8"

    to the <form> tag. IE often ignores this also so you have to include a hidden field to force IE to behave -
    <input name="iehack" type="hidden" value=" " />

    I'm actually having the same issue and the charset declaration has been already included... Has anyone found a solution for this?
