I have a my site set up when you go to
localhost/test1 it routes to home/page is there a way I can change it so if you go to the subdomain it does the same thing? like: test1.localhost to go to home/page

Not within FuelPHP. I suggest you have both hostnames point to the same virtual host, and use a rewrite rule to route the request.
