I can get padding of watermark on my images using imagemagick driver. Padding is always 0. When I use GD driver then padding is normally applied as defined. My code

Image::load($file)
    ->config('quality', 100)
    ->watermark(DOCROOT.'assets/img/logofoot.png', 'top left', 20)
    ->save($file);
