It is very very simply - I just typed in google "set-cookie: fuelcid" or set-cookie: fueldid.
Not sure about other people, but I try to change as little configuration as possible, staying very close to the defaults unless I really need changes. I've never had a reason to change a session cookie nameIt can be set in the app/config/session.php configuration file, but apparently most people can't be bothered changing it.
