Fuel releases 1.8.2

After releasing 6 hotfixes on 1.8.1, and the introduction of PHP 7.3, a new release was long overdue. Today, we release the latest incarnation of the Fuel PHP framework, version 1.8.2.
Besides the usual improvements, bug fixes, and new functionality, one thing is important to mention straight away: Security issue
SEC-CORE-009! The codebase has also been checked for compatibility with PHP 7.3.
We strongly advise you to update your applications if you run them on v1.8, as the severity of this issue is very high! But before you do, have a look at the
changelog, check out the security information, the backward compatibility notes and the system changes.
